What is 'Like New' product?
• 'Like New' product is remanufactured to a virtually new condition
• Telephones are guaranteed to be like-new, completely tested with no cracked plastics, minimal to no discoloration, new line and handset cords, new designation strips, and replacement polyflex membranes
• Voice mail systems, carriers, circuit packs, line/stations modules, and processors are guaranteed to be like-new, completely tested and defaulted to factory specifications
• Headsets are guaranteed to be like-new, completely tested with new ear pads and microphone interface components

What is the '90 Day Advance Replacement Service'?
If there are any problems with your AT&T / Lucent / Avaya, Nortel, Panasonic, Toshiba, or Vodavi Communication product in the first 90 days, we'll ship you a replacement item along with a prepaid call tag to ship the original product back. The original product must be returned within 14 days to avoid being charged for the full value of the replacement item. You must have a valid credit card on file to qualify for this service.
Can I return my product?
For your convenience, we offer returns on both new and like new products All returns must be received within 14 days of the date of invoice. A 25% restocking fee is charged on all new product returns. There is no restocking fee on like new product returns. When a product is returned, the 'FREE Ground Shipping' offer is waived by the customer, and the refund includes the total charge amount minus the shipping charge. Returned products must include all original packaging, documentation, and accessories. Incomplete or defective returns will be refused. Do you offer repair services?
In business since 1983, we've grown to incorporate our own in-house repair department. We repair and refurbish virtually every major product line. Our certified technicians have over 20 years of experience and provide flat rate repairs. One repair. One charge. If we can't fix it, then you don't pay.
When will I receive my order?
The vast majority of our orders are shipped the same day as placed. If there is any significant delay in shipment, you will be contacted promptly by one of our friendly service representatives. We provide FREE Ground Shipping on every order above $100 and offer 3-day, 2-day, and Overnight services. For orders shipped via Ground, please use the Ground Services Shipping Map to determine when your order will arrive.
Do you provide technical support?
We offer free technical support to our customers for isolated feature-related and setup-related questions. This includes the majority of system feature questions, telephone setup and feature questions, and voice mail setup questions. Extensive installation and system support is scheduled by appointment and charged hourly ($95/hour).
What products carry manufacturer warranties?
All Plantronics products carry extensive one year (or greater) manufacturer's warranties. These product warranties are covered by their respective manufacturer and are not covered by Telephone Surplus International, LLC.
