You must be at least 18 years of age to order.
Washington buyers: a 7.7% sales tax applies. If you are a reseller please fax your Tax Certificate to 360-695-5381; put your order number on the bottom and you will be credited the tax on your card. The item must be for resale in order to not be taxed.
Products usually ship one to two days after payment. If you have a rush order, please call to request fast shipping.
International Orders must first be approved, please send us an email for a request. We don't ship to Indonesia, India, Uganda, Singapore, Nigeria or Turkey unless payment is made by wire transfer. (no exceptions!!!)
We track IP addresses to help prevent fraud, so we know where you are ordering from.
Warranty:
Most items have a 90 day warranty from invoice date unless the product description says different. New items have a 1-Year warranty from invoice date from Telephonesurplusint.com. We don't express or imply that any item has a factory warranty. Defective items are replaced or repaired first. If repair or replacement isn't possible then a refund will be given.
There is a $50 charge for any bounced or cancelled checks and cancelled credit card authorizations! The purchaser is responsible for all collection charges involved with collecting on bad or cancelled credit cards and checks.

Return Policy
Items that had "free shipping" have a $15 minimum restocking fee. Shipping is never included on a refund.
All returned items must be in the original condition. You must have your order number before an RMA will be issued..
There are NO returns/refunds on Special Order Items.
All refused packages will get the standard restocking fee and be treated as a Return for credit. ALL RMAs requests should be faxed to 866-313-6283 .Please allow 30 days for credits to be processed.

At Telephone Surplus International (TSI), you better believe we do shipping right! We know that refurbished telephone equipment is hard to keep in stock, and our promise to our customers is that we will never take more then one business day after an in stock order is placed to get it on a truck headed to your business or residence (generally orders placed before 2pm PST and shipped via fedex will go out that business day). For the small number of items that are back-ordered or produced upon demand, one of our friendly sales team will call immediately after the order is placed and let you know how long it will take to get to you, after all, a telephone system is one of a small businesses most valuable assets and we believe it should be treated as such. We are committed to getting you your equipment as quickly as possible and without costly markups to our realtime shipping quotes.
We invite you to use our FEDEX Express shipping services and enjoy the wealth of features which our smaller competitors cannot offer: same day tracking numbers, same day shipping when possible, and for corporate customers, an advance replacement warranty. We understand that our customers need equipment fast, and are committed to it arriving at your door as quickly as possible.

Not happy with your purchase? Looking for a better fit, a better featureset, or simply want to try before you buy? At TSI, we want our customers to be happy with their order, and thats why we give you a full two weeks from shipping date to decide. If you are dissatisfied for any reason return your new unopened package to us for full refund less shipping charges, or return your refurbished or open box item for store credit. For orders returned within 10 days, there will be no re-stocking fee assessed. BusinessPhonesDirect.com does reserve the right to charge a 20% Re-stocking fee for orders returned after ten days but not more than 30 days of customer receipt of items in question. After 30 days no refunds will be accepted, only exchange or credit will be provided minus any charges incurred by BusinessPhonesDirect.com that were not due to warranty issues or our negligence.

Relax. When you purchase from TSI your protected and backed by a company which for more then 20 years has been one of the industries largest suppliers of telecommunications equipment. We do not buy from refurbishers, we are the refurbisher and as such you can expect excellent operating condition day in and day out. Every item sold through TSI and our parent company Native Sun Communications is covered by a comprehensive one year warranty. You ship us your defective item, and we get you a replacement with the same characteristic haste that we fill orders. We offer, free of charge, our industry defining Advance Replacement Warranty. We ship you a replacement as soon as a defective item is reported. For a nominal fee, you can even upgrade shipping on replacements to get them as quickly as you need them.
Warranty Policy - Platinum Warranty: (Offered on selected products only for a nominal charge): Platinum gives you all the perks of our standard warranty for a full three years and is available at an additional price on selected items only.

Affiliated Businesses We Do Not Control: We work closely with our affiliated businesses. An example of such sharing is giving you address to FedEx for a real time shipping quote

How Secure Is Information About Me?
We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input.
We reveal only selected digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing. After your card is processed this information is removed from our server and is not available over any databases accessible through the internet.
It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer.
Which Information Can I Access?
TSI gives you access to a broad range of information about your account and your interactions with TSI for the limited purpose of viewing and, in certain cases, updating that information.
